Terms and Conditions – Purchase Order PO-2025-MRS-0487
- This Purchase Order is issued by Cabinet d'Optométrie Lumière Méditerranée, a registered Optometrist practice located in France Marseille, and is governed by the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) and applicable EU procurement regulations.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for use in a licensed Optometrist clinical setting in France Marseille and must comply with the French Medical Device Regulation (Réglementation des dispositifs médicaux) and CE marking requirements.
- The supplier, Optique Provence Distribution SARL, confirms that all diagnostic and examination equipment listed herein carries valid CE certification and meets the standards set by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) for Optometrist practices operating in France Marseille.
- Delivery shall be made to the Optometrist practice premises at 142 Boulevard du Littoral, 13007 Marseille, France. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for at the France Marseille delivery address.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

- In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Marseille (Tribunal de commerce de Marseille) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of France.
- The Optometrist practice in France Marseille acknowledges that all personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
