- Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order covers the supply, delivery, installation, and initial calibration of all optometrist diagnostic and examination equipment listed above for use at the Clinique de l'Optique Parisienne facility in France Paris. The Optometrist staff will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all procured instruments in accordance with French health regulations (Code de la Santé Publique).
- Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the France Paris clinic address (128 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris) no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery shall be made during standard business hours (08:00–18:00 CET). The supplier shall coordinate with the Optometrist practice manager to schedule installation windows that minimize disruption to patient appointments.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of invoice (30 jours fin de mois) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. A 5% early payment discount (escompte) shall apply if payment is received within 10 days of invoice date.
