• 2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. A 2% early-payment discount applies if settled within 10 days. All transactions are subject to Thai Revenue Department regulations applicable in Thailand Bangkok.
