Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Vision Care Centre, a registered Optometrist practice in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and constitutes a binding procurement request for the items listed above.
- All equipment and supplies must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and must carry valid CE or equivalent international certification for medical and optical devices.
- Delivery shall be made to the Optometrist practice premises at 42 Amir Temur Avenue, Yakkasaroy District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, no later than 05 July 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the buyer to a 2% penalty per day on the total Purchase Order value.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the supplier's account registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The applicable exchange rate shall be the National Bank of Uzbekistan rate on the date of payment.
- All diagnostic instruments (Items 01–05, 11) carry a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor, serviced locally in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Optometrist practice shall be provided with a written warranty certificate in both English and Uzbek.
- The supplier warrants that all optical lenses (Items 06–07) and contact lens solutions (Items 08–09) are sterile, unexpired, and manufactured in compliance with GMP standards. A minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months at the time of delivery is required.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The Optometrist practice reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any items found damaged, defective, or non-conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded within ten (10) business days at the supplier's expense.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from the buyer.
