Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Mahmoud El-Sayed Orthodontic Clinic, a registered orthodontist practice operating in Egypt Alexandria, and constitutes a binding procurement request for the orthodontic supplies listed above.
- The supplier, MedDent Egypt Trading Co., acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all line items within the stipulated delivery window of 15 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Egypt Alexandria. A 50% advance payment (338,865.00 EGP) is due within 5 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 50% (338,865.00 EGP) is due within 10 business days of confirmed delivery and inspection at the orthodontist clinic premises.
- All orthodontic products must be new, unused, and within their manufacturer's shelf life. The Orthodontist practice reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specifications stated in this Purchase Order or that lack proper Egyptian regulatory documentation.
- Delivery shall be made to the Orthodontist clinic at 142 Corniche El-Nil Street, Smouha, Egypt Alexandria, between 09:00 and 14:00 on the agreed delivery date. The supplier bears all risk of loss or damage until goods are signed for by the clinic's procurement officer.
- In the event of partial delivery or substitution of any orthodontic item, the supplier must obtain prior written approval from the Orthodontist practice. Unauthorized substitutions will result in rejection of the affected line items and a proportional reduction in the Purchase Order total.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Egypt Alexandria.
- The supplier warrants that all orthodontic materials comply with ISO 13485 medical device quality management standards and are suitable for clinical use by a licensed Orthodontist in Egypt Alexandria.
- Warranty: All orthodontic hardware (brackets, wires, pliers, headgear) carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. The supplier shall replace any defective items at no additional cost within 30 days of the Orthodontist practice reporting the defect.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 7 calendar days of the issue date. Failure to confirm acceptance by 22 June 2025 shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
