Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain Orthodontic Center, a licensed orthodontist practice operating in Baghdad, Iraq, and is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq.
- All orthodontic equipment and materials listed above must comply with the Iraqi Ministry of Health medical device registration requirements and must carry valid CE or FDA certification prior to delivery.
- Delivery shall be made to the orthodontist clinic premises at Al-Mustansiriya Street, Al-Karada District, Baghdad, Iraq. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), and installation within the city of Baghdad.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within Baghdad within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of invoice, provided all goods have been inspected and accepted by the lead orthodontist, Dr. Hassan Al-Mansouri.
- The supplier warrants that all orthodontic brackets, wires, and instruments are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all capital equipment (digital scanner, CBCT software, autoclave).
- Any discrepancy in quantity, quality, or specification of the orthodontic items upon delivery must be reported in writing within five (5) business days. The supplier shall replace non-conforming items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) days of the issue date. Failure to confirm acceptance by the supplier within this period shall render this order null and void.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement office of Al-Rafidain Orthodontic Center in Baghdad, Iraq, via the email address specified above.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation in Baghdad. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Baghdad, Iraq.
