- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier's IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456. The orthodontist practice in Naples, Italy shall include the Purchase Order number PO-2025-NA-0047 in the payment reference.
- Delivery: All goods shall be delivered to the orthodontist clinic located at Via Toledo 142, 80132 Napoli, Italy Naples, within the delivery window specified above. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs and risks until the goods are received at the Naples facility.
- Quality Assurance: All orthodontic products must comply with EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 and bear the CE marking. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and within their stated shelf life. Certificates of conformity shall accompany each shipment.
