Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Delivery Location: All goods shall be delivered to the Kyoto Seishin Orthodontic Clinic at 2-14-8 Gionmachi, Higashiyama-ku, Japan Kyoto 605-0073. The orthodontist’s office manager, Ms. Yuki Sato, shall receive and inspect all shipments upon arrival.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard items (Items 001–003, 005–010) must be delivered within fourteen (14) business days of the date of this Purchase Order. The digital intraoral scanner (Item 004) shall be delivered and installed within thirty (30) calendar days, with on-site calibration performed by the supplier’s certified technician in Japan Kyoto.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account in Japanese Yen (JPY). The orthodontist’s clinic accounts payable department in Japan Kyoto will process the remittance.
