Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Shrestha Orthodontic & Dental Clinic, a registered orthodontist practice operating in Nepal Kathmandu, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All orthodontist-specific equipment and consumables must be new, unused, and within their manufacturer's shelf life. Expired or damaged orthodontic materials will be rejected at the point of delivery in Kathmandu.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the orthodontist clinic address in New Road, Kathmandu, Nepal, no later than the specified delivery date. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles the orthodontist practice to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier, in accordance with Nepal's fiscal regulations.
- The supplier warrants that all orthodontist-grade products meet international quality standards (ISO 13485 for medical devices) and are approved for use in Nepal Kathmandu dental practices.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Kathmandu District Court or through arbitration as per the Nepal Arbitration Act, 1995.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal. All orthodontist practice operations referenced herein are conducted under the license of the Nepal Medical Council, Kathmandu.
- The supplier shall provide a 12-month warranty on all orthodontist instruments and equipment. Consumable orthodontic materials are covered under a 90-day quality guarantee.
- Partial shipments are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the orthodontist practice manager in Kathmandu.
- This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by both the orthodontist practice representative and the authorized supplier representative.
