- Delivery Location: All orthodontic equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Doha Orthodontic & Dental Care Center, Al Sadd Medical Tower, Doha, Qatar. The supplier is responsible for all logistics within the State of Qatar.
- Delivery Timeline: Physical goods must be received no later than 30 July 2025. Professional orthodontist services (consultations, imaging, and treatment planning) shall be scheduled in coordination with the Chief Orthodontist and completed within the same period.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2. The total Purchase Order value of QAR 230,109.00 (inclusive of 14% VAT) is due in a single installment.
- Quality Assurance: All orthodontic products must comply with the Qatar Standards and Metrology Organization (QSMO) regulations and carry valid CE or FDA certification. The Orthodontist in charge reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specified clinical standards.
- Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum 12-month warranty on all orthodontic hardware (brackets, archwires, bonding kits). Any defective items discovered within the warranty period shall be replaced at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
- Professional Services: All orthodontist consultations, digital imaging, and treatment planning sessions referenced in this Purchase Order must be conducted by a licensed Orthodontist registered with the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority (HRA). Each session must be documented and a clinical report submitted to the purchasing entity within 5 business days.
- Confidentiality: All patient data collected during orthodontist consultations and imaging sessions in Doha, Qatar, shall be handled in strict accordance with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). The supplier shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to commencing any patient-facing services.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions affecting the State of Qatar.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding orthodontic services or equipment changes are not binding.
