Terms, Conditions & Delivery Instructions

1. All items specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Gangnam Orthodontic Center facility at 312 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea 06236. The receiving department will be available Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 KST.
2. The vendor shall ensure that all orthodontic products comply with the MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) of South Korea and carry valid Korean medical device registration numbers. The orthodontist in charge will verify product certifications upon receipt.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within 45 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods at our Seoul, South Korea premises.
4. Any defective or non-conforming items must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. The vendor shall replace or refund defective orthodontic supplies at no additional cost to the purchasing orthodontist practice.
5. Delivery within the Seoul metropolitan area is included in the quoted handling fee. For deliveries to other regions of South Korea, additional logistics charges will apply and must be pre-approved in writing.
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the Seoul District Court.
7. The vendor acknowledges that the purchasing entity is a licensed orthodontist practice and that all supplied materials are intended exclusively for professional orthodontic clinical use in South Korea Seoul.
