- Acceptance: This Purchase Order is issued by Clinica Ortodoncia Barcelona, a registered Orthodontist practice operating in Spain Barcelona, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of orthodontic goods and services as itemized above.
- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Orthodontist clinic address in Spain Barcelona no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 17:00 CET on business days. The supplier is responsible for all packaging, insurance, and transport within the Spain Barcelona metropolitan area.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the total amount of EUR 21,345.98 shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) within 30 days of the date of this Purchase Order, i.e., by 14 July 2025. Bank details: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC CADEESBBXXX.
- Quality & Compliance: All orthodontic products supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the European Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and hold valid CE marking. - Warranty: The supplier warrants that all equipment and instruments listed in this Purchase Order are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
