Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued by Thames Valley Orthodontic Centre Ltd, a registered dental and orthodontic practice operating in London, United Kingdom, and constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods and services listed herein.
All orthodontic products and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (as amended), the General Product Safety Regulations 2005, and the standards set by the General Dental Council (GDC) for the safe practice of an Orthodontist in the United Kingdom.
Delivery of all items shall be made to the practice address at 127 Harley Street, London W1G 8AP, United Kingdom, no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transit, insurance, and customs clearance within the United Kingdom.
Payment shall be made by BACS bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. The Orthodontist's practice accounts department will process payment in accordance with the terms stated on this Purchase Order.
The supplier warrants that all orthodontic brackets, archwires, aligners, and consumables are new, unused, and manufactured to the specifications required by the treating Orthodontist. Any defective or non-conforming items must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery and will be replaced at the supplier's cost.
The intraoral digital scanner (Ref 03) and CBCT software licence (Ref 06) include a minimum twelve-month manufacturer's warranty with on-site support in London, United Kingdom. The supplier shall provide a named UK-based technical contact for the duration of the warranty period.
The CPD course (Ref 08) must be conducted at the venue stated and the Orthodontist's attendance is contingent upon the course being approved for CPD credit by the GDC. Should the course not meet GDC CPD requirements, this line item shall be void and the Purchase Order total adjusted accordingly.
All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
No variation, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order shall be valid unless agreed in writing by both parties. The Orthodontist reserves the right to adjust quantities by up to ten percent (10%) without reissuing a new Purchase Order.
