- Compliance with Local Law: All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must comply with the Brazilian Federal Law No. 7.498/1986 (Nursing Practice Law) and all municipal emergency response regulations specific to Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The vendor shall maintain valid ANVISA and COREN-RJ registrations throughout the contract period.
- Response Time Standards: The Paramedic team shall adhere to the maximum response time of 15 minutes for urban zones and 25 minutes for peripheral zones within the city of Rio de Janeiro, as established by the Municipal Emergency Health Plan.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the vendor's account in BRL. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-04871-RJ) and include the CNPJ of the vendor.
