1. 2. The Seller shall guarantee that all Paramedic equipment and ambulance units delivered under this Purchase Order meet or exceed the quality standards set forth in GB/T 24347-2019 (National Standard for Ambulances) and applicable China Beijing municipal health regulations.
3. Delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order shall be completed no later than July 15, 2025, at the designated receiving facility located in the Xicheng District of China Beijing. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and inspection of all Paramedic services and equipment.
5. The Seller shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all equipment and a continuous service guarantee for all Paramedic personnel. Any Paramedic found to be non-compliant with professional standards shall be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China Beijing.
7. The Seller shall maintain full insurance coverage for all Paramedic personnel and equipment throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum liability coverage of 5,000,000 CNY per incident.
8. All data collected by the Paramedic dispatch and communication system shall be stored on servers physically located within China Beijing in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
