- Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order (PO-CSME-2025-0487) authorizes the vendor to supply all Paramedic equipment, training programs, and support services as itemized above. All goods and services shall be delivered and performed within the jurisdiction of Colombia Bogotá, D.C., in compliance with Colombian regulatory standards established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
- Delivery and Installation: All physical items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the designated Paramedic operations center located at Hospital San Ignacio, Colombia Bogotá, no later than July 1, 2025. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area.
- Paramedic Training Compliance: The Paramedic ALS training program (Item 1) must be conducted by certified instructors recognized by the Colombian National Institute of Health (INS). Training sessions will take place at the vendor's facility in Colombia Bogotá or at the buyer's premises, at the buyer's discretion. All Paramedic trainees must pass a final competency examination to receive certification.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Colombian Pesos (COP). A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% shall be paid within 30 calendar days following full delivery, installation, and written acceptance of all Paramedic equipment and completion of the training program in Colombia Bogotá.
- Warranty: All Paramedic medical devices and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery in Colombia Bogotá. The annual maintenance contract (Item 6) extends coverage for an additional 12 months.
- Quality Assurance: The vendor guarantees that all Paramedic equipment meets or exceeds the technical specifications outlined in the attached annex. Any non-conforming items will be replaced at the vendor's sole expense within 10 business days of notification by the buyer in Colombia Bogotá.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: All personal data of Paramedic personnel processed during training and equipment registration shall be handled in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Data Protection Law) and applicable regulations in Colombia Bogotá.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombia Bogotá, D.C., in accordance with the rules of the Colombian Chamber of Commerce. The governing law shall be the civil and commercial law of the Republic of Colombia.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period will result in automatic cancellation, and the buyer reserves the right to issue a new Purchase Order to an alternative supplier for Paramedic services in Colombia Bogotá.
