This Purchase Order is issued by the Accra Emergency Medical Services Authority to procure a comprehensive package of Paramedic services, advanced life-support equipment, and professional training modules. All Paramedic personnel procured under this Purchase Order shall report for duty at the AEMSA Central Command Station located at 12 Independence Avenue, Ridge, Ghana Accra, no later than 15 August 2025. Physical equipment, including Paramedic ambulances, monitoring devices, and PPE kits, must be delivered to the same location and inspected by the AEMSA Quality Assurance Unit prior to acceptance. The vendor shall bear all transportation, customs clearance, and insurance costs associated with delivering goods to Ghana Accra. Any Paramedic equipment found to be defective upon inspection shall be replaced within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the Authority.

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended.
5.2 The vendor warrants that all Paramedic training materials and equipment comply with the standards of the Ghana Standards Authority and the West African Health Organisation.
5.3 Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful delivery and inspection of all Paramedic equipment and personnel in Ghana Accra, and 20% upon completion of the first 90-day performance review.
5.4 The vendor shall maintain full professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering all Paramedic staff and equipment deployed in Ghana Accra for the duration of the contract.
5.5 Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
5.6 The vendor shall not subcontract any portion of the Paramedic training or equipment supply without prior written consent from the AEMSA Procurement Committee.

Important: All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must present valid Ghana Health Service registration, a current West African Health Organisation (WAHO) pre-hospital care certificate, and a clean criminal background check from the Ghana Police Service before commencing duties in Ghana Accra. The vendor is responsible for verifying all credentials prior to the first day of deployment. Failure to comply with these regulatory requirements shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Authority.
