• 24-hour emergency medical response and advanced life support for all dispatched incidents within Indonesia Jakarta.
• Pre-hospital stabilization, triage, and medical transport of critically ill or injured patients to designated hospitals in Indonesia Jakarta.
• On-site medical coverage for corporate events, government functions, and public gatherings held in Indonesia Jakarta.
• Coordination with the Indonesia Jakarta Provincial Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta) and the national emergency number 119 for all Paramedic dispatch operations.
• Compliance with all Indonesian Ministry of Health regulations governing Paramedic practice, including Kepmenkes No. 1145/Menkes/SK/X/2010 and subsequent amendments applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
• Maintenance of a minimum response time of 15 minutes from any point within the Indonesia Jakarta central business district to the incident location.

1. Validity: This Purchase Order shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.

A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
