4. The Supplier shall ensure that all Paramedic personnel comply with the Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) and the Workplace Safety and Health (General Provisions) Regulations 2005.
5. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-KL-2025-04782) and be submitted to the KL-IHA Finance Department, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
6. The Supplier warrants that all Paramedic ambulance units and equipment shall meet the Malaysian Standard MS 1813:2019 for emergency medical vehicles and shall be inspected and certified by the JPJ (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan) prior to deployment in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a minimum of fourteen (14) days transition period for all Paramedic personnel to maintain uninterrupted emergency medical coverage in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
8. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance of not less than MYR 5,000,000 per claim and public liability insurance of not less than MYR 10,000,000, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
9. All data collected by Paramedic personnel during emergency response operations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
10. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before proceeding to arbitration under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

The Supplier shall commence all Paramedic services no later than 1 August 2025. All Paramedic ambulance units shall be delivered, inspected, and operational within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur coverage zone by 25 July 2025. The Supplier shall submit a detailed deployment and onboarding schedule for all Paramedic personnel to the KL-IHA Operations Director at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement date.
