- All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Myanmar Paramedic License issued by the Myanmar Medical Council and must pass a background check conducted by the Yangon Regional Police before deployment in Myanmar Yangon.
- The supplier guarantees that all Paramedic medical equipment and ALS vehicles delivered under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of delivery in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any delay in delivery or deployment of Paramedic services beyond the dates specified in Section 4 shall incur a penalty of 0.5 percent of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10 percent.
- The supplier shall provide a dedicated Paramedic quality assurance officer stationed in Myanmar Yangon for the duration of the contract to monitor service delivery and respond to any operational issues.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all Paramedic personnel, vehicles, and equipment operating in Myanmar Yangon throughout the contract period.
