6.8 The supplier shall provide a comprehensive paramedic service level report to the Auckland Regional Paramedic Services Authority on a monthly basis, detailing response times, patient outcomes, paramedic availability, and equipment maintenance logs for all units operating in New Zealand Auckland.

6.9 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with ninety (90) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall ensure an orderly transition of all paramedic services to a successor provider to maintain uninterrupted emergency medical coverage in New Zealand Auckland.

6.10 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 2012, before resorting to litigation in the District Court of Auckland.
