All prices are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are inclusive of 20% Value Added Tax as mandated by the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution, 50% upon completion of the 12-month service period.
All Paramedic personnel referenced in this Purchase Order shall complete onboarding, background verification, and initial deployment to their assigned districts within Russia Saint Petersburg no later than 30 July 2025. The Supplier, MedParam Services LLC, is responsible for ensuring that every Paramedic assigned under this Purchase Order has passed the mandatory medical fitness examination, drug screening, and criminal background check required by the Saint Petersburg Municipal Authority. Equipment items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the central EMS depot at 19 Moskovsky Avenue, Russia Saint Petersburg, no later than 15 July 2025, allowing a two-week window for quality inspection and integration into the operational fleet.
This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable municipal procurement regulations of Russia Saint Petersburg. The Supplier warrants that all Paramedic personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain valid professional licensure throughout the contract duration. Any Paramedic whose certification lapses or who fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA) shall be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer. The Supplier shall submit monthly operational reports detailing Paramedic response times, patient outcomes, and equipment utilization across all zones of Russia Saint Petersburg. Failure to comply with the terms of this Purchase Order may result in contractual penalties of 0.5% of the total contract value per day of non-compliance, up to a maximum of 15% of the total Purchase Order value.
This Purchase Order is hereby authorized and made effective upon the signatures of the undersigned representatives of both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges full understanding of the obligations, responsibilities, and financial commitments set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Paramedic services in Russia Saint Petersburg.
