2. Scope of Purchase Order — Paramedic ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by the Singapore Singapore Emergency Medical Services Authority to procure the services of a qualified Paramedic for deployment across the Singapore Singapore metropolitan region. The Paramedic shall be responsible for providing advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care, including but not limited to trauma management, cardiac arrest intervention, airway management, and patient stabilisation in accordance with the clinical protocols established by the Singapore Singapore Health Ministry. The Paramedic engagement under this Purchase Order shall cover a continuous operational period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of acceptance.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Contract Act (Cap. 5). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Paramedic engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
4.2 The Paramedic engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Singapore Singapore Paramedic Registration issued by the Singapore Singapore Health Professions Regulatory Council (HPRC) and must maintain all required certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Singapore Singapore-specific emergency response protocols.
4.3 Payment terms for this Purchase Order shall be structured as monthly instalments of SGD 6,991.67, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice submission. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Singapore Singapore account designated by Meridian Paramedic Solutions Pte. Ltd.
4.4 The Paramedic shall be subject to the operational directives of the Singapore Singapore Emergency Medical Services Authority and must comply with all Singapore Singapore public health regulations, data protection requirements under the Singapore Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and workplace safety standards.
4.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of ninety (90) days. Upon termination, the Paramedic shall complete all ongoing patient care obligations within the Singapore Singapore service area before concluding the engagement.
4.6 This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The Paramedic relationship is strictly contractual and governed solely by the terms set forth in this Purchase Order and any supplementary agreements executed in Singapore Singapore.
5. Acceptance and AuthorisationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the Paramedic services to be rendered in Singapore Singapore. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the execution of signatures by authorised representatives of both the Singapore Singapore Emergency Medical Services Authority and Meridian Paramedic Solutions Pte. Ltd.
