All paramedic units shall be stationed at designated emergency response points coordinated with the 112 Madrid emergency dispatch center.

• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, or by arbitration under the rules of the Madrid Court of Arbitration, at the Buyer's election.
