This Purchase Order is issued by the Caracas Metropolitan Emergency Health Authority to procure the professional services of a certified Paramedic to be deployed and operated within the metropolitan area of Caracas, Venezuela. 4.1 The Paramedic engaged under this Purchase Order shall report to the Caracas Metropolitan Emergency Health Authority dispatch center located in the Libertador district of Caracas, Venezuela, and shall be available for 24-hour emergency response coverage across all 22 municipalities of the Caracas metropolitan area.
4.2 The vendor, Paramedic Response International, C.A., guarantees that the assigned Paramedic shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented field experience in advanced pre-hospital emergency care, including at least two (2) years of service within Venezuela or a comparable Latin American emergency medical system.
4.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in a Venezuelan commercial bank or via international wire transfer in USD as agreed upon in the master service agreement.
4.4 The Paramedic shall adhere to all Venezuelan labor regulations, including the Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Caracas, Venezuela, for any disputes arising from the performance of services under this Purchase Order.
4.5 This Purchase Order is subject to the master service agreement dated March 15, 2025, between the Caracas Metropolitan Emergency Health Authority and Paramedic Response International, C.A. In the event of a conflict between this document and the master agreement, the master agreement shall prevail.
4.6 The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than USD 500,000 per incident, valid throughout the territory of Venezuela, specifically covering the Caracas metropolitan area, for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
All Paramedic services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered within the geographic boundaries of Caracas, Venezuela, including the municipalities of Libertador, Chacao, Baruta, El Hatillo, Sucre, Los Magallanes, Petare, San Antonio, Sucre, and the surrounding metropolitan corridors. The primary base of operations shall be the Caracas Metropolitan Emergency Health Authority facility on Av. Francisco de Miranda, Torre Norte, Caracas, Venezuela.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is specifically tailored for the deployment and operation of a certified Paramedic within the emergency medical infrastructure of Caracas, Venezuela. All service delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance obligations are bound to the geographic and legal jurisdiction of Venezuela, Caracas.
