• Paramedic Qualifications: The supplier guarantees that every Paramedic assigned to this contract holds a valid Vietnamese Paramedic license, current BLS/ALS certification, and has completed the mandatory Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City municipal emergency response training program.
• Performance Standards: The Paramedic team must achieve a minimum 95% response-time compliance rate (under 8 minutes) across all Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City dispatch calls. Failure to meet this standard for two consecutive months shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
• Insurance: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and vehicle insurance covering all Paramedic personnel and ambulance units operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, with a minimum coverage of VND 10,000,000,000 per incident.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier must ensure a minimum of thirty (30) days of transitional Paramedic service continuity in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City to prevent disruption of emergency medical coverage.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
