All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the Buyer's operational headquarters located in the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and at the designated well sites within the departments of General San Martín, Unión, and Río Cuarto. The Petroleum Engineer acknowledges that the geological and operational conditions specific to the Argentina Córdoba region, including the unique stratigraphy of the Neuquén Basin extension and the local regulatory framework administered by the provincial mining authority, form an integral part of the service requirements.
