1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between NordEnergie GmbH (Buyer) and GeoTech Solutions International AG (Supplier) for the provision of Petroleum Engineer services as described above. All work shall be performed within the administrative boundaries of Germany Berlin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Petroleum Engineer shall commence services on 01 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables no later than 31 October 2025, subject to mutual agreement for extensions.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BER-04872) and include the Supplier's VAT registration number for Germany Berlin.
4. The Petroleum Engineer is required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of € 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and compliant with German insurance regulations.
