This Purchase Order is issued by Deepwater Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Petroleum Engineer to provide specialized subsurface reservoir engineering and well optimization services at our offshore operations facility located in India Mumbai. The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for the following scope of work:

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra.
4.2 The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this order shall hold a valid B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline from an AICTE-approved institution in India, and shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in offshore reservoir engineering, preferably in the Mumbai offshore basin.
4.3 The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, as well as all safety and environmental protocols mandated for operations in the India Mumbai offshore region.
4.4 The supplier shall ensure that the Petroleum Engineer maintains all professional memberships, including but not limited to the Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP), Dehradun, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) – India Section, Mumbai Chapter.
4.5 All deliverables, reports, and technical documentation produced by the Petroleum Engineer shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Deepwater Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and shall be stored at the India Mumbai corporate office.
4.6 Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account designated by the supplier. Invoices must be submitted to the procurement department at the Nariman Point, Mumbai office by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services.
4.7 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
4.8 The Petroleum Engineer shall be required to attend all scheduled meetings at the India Mumbai operations centre and shall be available for emergency call-outs related to well integrity or reservoir pressure anomalies.
