The Petroleum Engineer contracted under this Purchase Order shall operate primarily from the Levant Energy Resources field office located in Israel Jerusalem, with periodic deployment to remote drilling and production sites within a 150-kilometer radius. The Petroleum Engineer is expected to hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related geoscience discipline, possess at least ten (10) years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, and demonstrate prior work on onshore sedimentary basin projects. All deliverables must comply with the standards set forth by the Israel Standards Institute (SII) and the regulatory requirements of the Israel Ministry of Energy and the Israel Petroleum Authority.
The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for the following key deliverables within the Israel Jerusalem operational area: (a) development and maintenance of 3D reservoir simulation models; (b) quarterly production forecasting and decline curve analysis; (c) design and optimization of well completions and artificial lift systems; (d) preparation of technical reports for regulatory submission to the Israel Petroleum Authority; (e) coordination with geologists, geophysicists, and drilling engineers on all project activities; and (f) adherence to all environmental and safety regulations applicable to petroleum operations in the Israel Jerusalem region.
Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Levant Energy Resources Ltd. and DeepWell Technical Consultants Ltd. upon written acceptance by both parties. The Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
- Payment terms: Net 45 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-JER-00847) and include the Petroleum Engineer's name, role, and project location in Israel Jerusalem.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall be provided with appropriate work permits, security clearances, and access credentials required to operate within the Israel Jerusalem project zones. The vendor is responsible for ensuring the Petroleum Engineer holds all necessary professional licenses recognized by the Israel Engineers Association.
- Confidentiality: All subsurface data, reservoir models, production figures, and geological information pertaining to the Israel Jerusalem project shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Petroleum Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Petroleum Engineer shall complete all in-progress deliverables and hand over all project documentation related to the Israel Jerusalem operations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in the Israel Jerusalem area, or regulatory changes affecting petroleum operations in Israel.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Jerusalem, Israel, and failing that, through the competent courts of the State of Israel.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable Israeli labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (OSHA-equivalent under Israeli law), and environmental protection statutes when performing duties at any Israel Jerusalem project site.
