The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and volumetric analysis for three (3) active oil fields in the Riyadh industrial corridor, including well log interpretation, core sample evaluation, and pressure transient analysis.
• Develop and maintain production forecasting models using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse, or equivalent) to optimize recovery rates and reduce operational downtime.
• Prepare monthly technical reports and quarterly performance reviews for the Petroleum Engineer engagement, submitted to the buyer's technical committee in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance at the buyer's processing facilities located in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, for a minimum of 120 working days per contract year.
• Review and approve all well completion designs, stimulation programs, and artificial lift system modifications prior to implementation.
• Coordinate with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) regulatory liaison office in Riyadh to ensure full compliance with the Kingdom's petroleum regulations, environmental standards, and HSE requirements.
• Deliver a final comprehensive technical report summarizing all findings, recommendations, and optimization strategies upon completion of the engagement period.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or the relevant engineering regulatory body in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, and must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of demonstrated experience in upstream petroleum operations.
• All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in strict accordance with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and the environmental protection guidelines enforced in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, naming the Buyer as an additional insured party.
