Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- 1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne jurisdiction, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- 2. Delivery: All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Pharmacist's registered premises at 42 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery times are subject to the supplier's standard lead times for Australia Melbourne metropolitan logistics.
- 3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of this Purchase Order via direct bank transfer to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account. The Pharmacist reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that do not meet the quality standards outlined in the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines.
- 4. Quality Assurance: All pharmaceutical products must comply with TGA registration and the Australian Pharmaceutical Standards. The Pharmacist, as a registered practitioner under the Pharmacy Board of Australia, holds final authority to reject any product that does not meet clinical or regulatory standards.
- 5. Professional Services: The CPD accreditation package and insurance services must be valid for the 2025–2026 registration period as mandated by the Pharmacy Board of Australia for all practising Pharmacists in Australia Melbourne and the broader Victorian region.
- 6. Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled in whole or in part by the Pharmacist with 14 days' written notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. No cancellation fee shall apply for orders cancelled within 7 days of the order date.
