TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Mahmoud El-Sayed, a licensed Pharmacist operating in Egypt Alexandria, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and software as itemized above.
- All pharmaceutical products must comply with the regulations of the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and must be registered in the national drug registry prior to delivery. The Pharmacist reserves the right to reject any batch that does not meet EDA quality standards or that lacks valid import permits.
- Delivery shall be made to the pharmacy premises located in Egypt Alexandria (Smouha District) no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and cold-chain logistics for temperature-sensitive items such as insulin.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods by the Pharmacist. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum shelf life of twenty-four (24) months from the date of manufacture is required for all pharmaceutical items at the time of delivery.
- Any discrepancy in quantity, quality, or documentation must be reported by the Pharmacist within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace or credit defective items within ten (10) business days at no additional cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Pharmacist is authorized to modify or cancel this Purchase Order in writing prior to the supplier's confirmation of shipment. No liability shall arise from such modifications or cancellations.
- All intellectual property, software licenses, and technical documentation associated with the equipment and software items shall be transferred to the Pharmacist upon full payment.
- This document, together with any attached specifications and the supplier's proforma invoice, forms the complete agreement between the parties for this transaction in Egypt Alexandria.
