5. The replacement must also hold a valid Israeli pharmacy license and be approved by MedCare Tel Aviv management.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection: All Pharmacist personnel shall comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations of the Israel Privacy Protection Authority. Patient health information accessed during the performance of duties in Tel Aviv shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality and shall not be disclosed to any third party without explicit patient consent.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In cases of material breach, termination may be effected immediately upon written notice.
