- This Purchase Order is issued by the Kyoto Municipal Health & Wellness Center and governs the procurement of professional Pharmacist services and associated pharmaceutical supplies for delivery and execution within the city of Japan Kyoto, specifically within the Higashiyama-ku and Nakagyo-ku districts.
- The Pharmacist named in this Purchase Order must hold a valid Japanese Pharmacist License (薬剤師免許) issued by the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and must maintain active registration with the Kyoto Pharmaceutical Association throughout the duration of this contract.

- Confidentiality: All patient data and proprietary information accessed by the Pharmacist during the execution of this Purchase Order in Japan Kyoto shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, including earthquakes, typhoons, or volcanic activity common to the Japan Kyoto region, provided that written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kyoto, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
