2. The Pharmacist engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain a valid professional license throughout the entire contract period. Failure to maintain licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Purchasing Party.
3. PharmaTalent Central Asia LLP shall guarantee that the Pharmacist meets all qualification requirements stipulated by the Kazakhstan Almaty health regulatory body, including passing the mandatory competency assessment within the first 30 days of employment.
4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (KZ-ALM-2025-04782) to be processed. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as per Kazakhstan commercial law.
5. The Pharmacist shall be subject to the internal policies, code of conduct, and patient privacy regulations of the Almaty Central Polyclinic No. 7. All patient data handled by the Pharmacist must comply with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data Protection.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a smooth transition of the Pharmacist's duties and handover of all pharmacy records and inventory documentation.
7. All deliverables and services under this Purchase Order are subject to quality inspection by the Almaty City Department of Healthcare. The Purchasing Party reserves the right to withhold payment for any line item that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
8. This Purchase Order does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties. The Pharmacist shall be considered an employee of the Purchasing Party for the duration of the engagement.

The Pharmacist shall report for duty at the Almaty Central Polyclinic No. 7, 88 Satpayev Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan, no later than 08:00 (local time, Almaty) on 01 September 2025. Acceptance of the Pharmacist's services shall be confirmed in writing by the Chief Medical Officer of the facility within five (5) business days of the start date. If the Pharmacist fails to meet the acceptance criteria, the Supplier shall provide a replacement Pharmacist of equivalent or superior qualifications within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party.
