• 8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Pharmacist and the supplier. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the District Court of Wellington, as appropriate.
• 9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic activity common to New Zealand Wellington), government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
