TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order is issued by MediCare Pharma Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered pharmacy operating in Pakistan Karachi, and is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, specifically the Drugs Act 1940 and the Sindh Pharmacy Act 2019.
All pharmaceutical items listed in this Purchase Order must be accompanied by valid DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) batch certificates, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates. The receiving Pharmacist, Ms. Ayesha Raza, shall verify all documentation prior to acceptance of goods.
Delivery of all items shall be made to the pharmacy premises located in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier bears all transportation and insurance costs within the Karachi metropolitan area.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance by the designated Pharmacist. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account as registered with the State Bank of Pakistan.
The supplier warrants that all pharmaceutical products conform to the standards set by the Pakistan National Formulary and are free from contamination, adulteration, or substandard quality. Any non-conforming items shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within seven (7) days.
The Pharmacist receiving the goods reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order, including but not limited to incorrect dosage forms, expired stock, damaged packaging, or missing regulatory documentation.
All equipment and software items shall carry a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of installation. The supplier shall provide after-sales technical support for the duration of the warranty period within Pakistan Karachi.
This Purchase Order is subject to the approval of the Sindh Pharmacy Board and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) where applicable. No item shall be dispensed or used until all regulatory clearances are obtained.
In the event of any dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan.
The supplier acknowledges that all items purchased under this Purchase Order are intended for use by a licensed Pharmacist in the course of professional practice in Pakistan Karachi and shall not be resold or diverted without written consent of the buyer.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Delivery shall be made to: MediCare Pharma Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., 12-C, Clifton Block 5, Pakistan Karachi, Sindh 75600. The designated Pharmacist or an authorized representative shall sign the delivery challan upon receipt. Partial deliveries are permitted provided each shipment is accompanied by a separate invoice referencing this Purchase Order number. The supplier shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice before delivery to the Pakistan Karachi premises.
