2. Scope of Purchase – Pharmacist Professional Services

This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Pharmacy & Healthcare Solutions W.L.L., a licensed pharmacy operating in Qatar Doha, for the procurement of qualified Pharmacist professional services. The engagement is governed by the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004), the Pharmacy and Drug Control Law, and the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of the State of Qatar. The Pharmacist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be fully registered and licensed to practice in Qatar Doha and shall comply with all applicable local and federal healthcare regulations.

03 Pharmacist – On-call and emergency coverage (up to 80 hours per year) for the Al Noor Pharmacy network across Qatar Doha. 4. Terms and Conditions
  1. Compliance with Qatar Doha Regulations: All Pharmacist personnel procured under this Purchase Order shall hold valid, unexpired licenses issued by the Qatar Council of Health Professions (QCHP) and shall be in full compliance with the Pharmacy and Drug Control Law of the State of Qatar. The vendor shall provide copies of all licenses, degrees, and professional certifications prior to the commencement of services in Qatar Doha.
  2. Scope of Practice: The Pharmacist shall perform duties strictly within the scope defined by the MoPH, including but not limited to prescription dispensing, clinical drug reviews, patient education, controlled substance management, and participation in the Qatar Doha national pharmacovigilance program.
  3. Work Location: All services shall be rendered at the Al Noor Pharmacy premises located in Doha, State of Qatar. The Pharmacist shall not be redeployed to any other location without prior written consent from both parties.
  4. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. All payments shall be processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Qatar Doha.
  5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure a smooth transition of all Pharmacist duties and shall return all company property, including access cards, prescription records, and controlled substance logs, within five (5) business days.
  6. Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Pharmacist shall adhere to the Qatar Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records, prescription data, and proprietary pharmacy information encountered during the course of employment in Qatar Doha.
  7. Insurance and Liability: The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and medical malpractice coverage for all Pharmacist personnel at a minimum coverage of QAR 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, State of Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, epidemics, or natural disasters affecting Qatar Doha.
5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Pharmacist professional services in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the duration specified herein.
