- Regulatory Compliance: All pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) regulations, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) directives, and the specific requirements of the Generalitat de Catalunya's Department of Health (Departament de Salut).
- Pharmacist Verification: Upon delivery at the Barcelona premises, the responsible Pharmacist (Dra. Carmen Soler Vidal) or her designated deputy Pharmacist shall inspect all items for integrity, expiry dates, batch numbers, and AEMPS registration status before accepting the shipment. No product shall be accepted without the Pharmacist's written verification.
- Temperature-Controlled Goods: Items requiring cold-chain storage (Ref 03) must be delivered in validated thermal packaging maintaining 2–8°C. The Pharmacist will record the temperature log upon receipt as required by the Catalan Pharmacy Regulation.
- Payment: Payment of €16,516.98 shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's IBAN within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. The Pharmacist must countersign the invoice before it is forwarded to the pharmacy's accounting department.
- Warranty and Returns: All pharmaceutical products carry a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of manufacture. Defective or expired items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the Pharmacist's quality assessment report.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, specifically the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and the applicable pharmaceutical legislation of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
