  1. Contract Duration: This Purchase Order shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of service commencement, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement between the Sudan Khartoum Public Health Procurement Office and the Pharmacist service provider.
  2. Qualification Verification: The Pharmacist must present a valid license issued by the Sudan Pharmacy Council, a certified copy of the B.Pharm and M.Pharm degrees from the University of Khartoum, and a current medical fitness certificate prior to commencing duties in Khartoum.
  3. Payment Schedule: Compensation shall be disbursed on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the Pharmacist's designated account. The first payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days following the commencement of services. All payments are subject to standard Sudanese tax deductions as mandated by the National Revenue Authority of Sudan.
  4. Performance Standards: The Pharmacist is expected to maintain a minimum patient counseling rate of 95%, ensure zero medication dispensing errors per quarter, and submit monthly pharmacovigilance reports to the Sudan Khartoum Drug Regulatory Authority no later than the fifth business day of each month.
  5. Compliance and Ethics: The Pharmacist shall adhere strictly to the Code of Professional Conduct for Pharmacists in Sudan, the Sudan Pharmacy Act, and all institutional policies of the Khartoum Central Teaching Hospital. Any breach of ethical standards or professional misconduct shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
  6. Confidentiality: The Pharmacist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records, proprietary formulary data, and internal procurement information of the Sudan Khartoum healthcare facilities. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination for cause, no notice period shall apply, and the Pharmacist shall be compensated only for services rendered up to the date of termination.
  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Khartoum.
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within Sudan Khartoum.

This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved by the undersigned authorized representatives of the Sudan Khartoum Public Health Procurement Office. The engagement of the Pharmacist under this Purchase Order is authorized in accordance with the Sudan Government Procurement Regulations (2023) and the internal financial delegation of authority of the Ministry of Health, Republic of Sudan.
