The Pharmacist shall report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Bangkok Wellness Pharmaceutical Group and shall operate exclusively within the Thailand Bangkok service area unless otherwise authorised in writing.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand Bangkok or by arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
2. The Pharmacist engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain an active and unexpired licence from the Pharmacy Council of Thailand throughout the entire engagement period. Failure to maintain valid registration shall constitute immediate grounds for termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the purchasing entity.
3. All pharmaceutical dispensing, prescription verification, and patient counselling activities performed by the Pharmacist must strictly adhere to the standards set forth by the Ministry of Public Health, Thailand Bangkok, and the Thai FDA. The Pharmacist shall maintain a complete and accurate dispensing log for every transaction conducted at the Thailand Bangkok facility.
4. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Siam Medical Talent Solutions Ltd. within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (Fap Kaw) issued in accordance with Thai Revenue Department regulations.
5. The Pharmacist shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary formulary data, patient records, and operational procedures of Bangkok Wellness Pharmaceutical Group. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
6. The supplier warrants that the Pharmacist procured under this Purchase Order possesses a minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in community or hospital pharmacy practice within Thailand Bangkok or an equivalent metropolitan healthcare setting.
7. Any modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be executed in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not alter the terms of this Purchase Order.
8. The Pharmacist shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable to pharmaceutical workers in Thailand Bangkok, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous pharmaceutical waste as prescribed by the Pollution Control Department of Thailand.

The Pharmacist shall commence active service at the Bangkok Wellness Pharmaceutical Group dispensing centre, 128 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Thailand Bangkok, no later than 1 August 2025. The supplier shall confirm in writing, no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement date, that the Pharmacist has completed all onboarding procedures, regulatory registrations, and facility orientation required for lawful practice in Thailand Bangkok.
