Terms, Conditions & Regulatory Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by a licensed Pharmacist operating under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health (İstanbul İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü) and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- All pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the current edition of the Turkish Pharmacopoeia (Türk Farmakopesi) and must carry valid marketing authorization from the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK / İlaç ve Tıbbi Cihazlar Kurumu).
- The Pharmacist reserves the right to inspect all incoming goods upon delivery at the pharmacy premises in Şişli, Istanbul. Any product found to be outside the acceptable temperature range (2–8°C for cold-chain items) or bearing a damaged seal shall be rejected and returned at the vendor's expense.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order must be completed no later than 29 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Pharmacist to cancel the affected line items without penalty.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the commercial invoice, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Law No. 6102).
- The vendor warrants that all products are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) conditions as defined by the European Union GMP Guidelines and the Turkish Ministry of Health regulations. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Compliance (CoC) must accompany each shipment.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a long-term supply agreement. Each subsequent order by the Pharmacist shall be subject to a separate Purchase Order document and mutual written confirmation.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts (İstanbul Ticaret Mahkemeleri) in accordance with Turkish civil and commercial procedure law.
- The Pharmacist acknowledges that the purchase of controlled substances, if any are added to this order in a future amendment, requires additional authorization from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health and must be recorded in the pharmacy's controlled-substance register as mandated by Turkish law.
- All data processing related to this Purchase Order shall comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK — Law No. 6698) and applicable EU data-transfer regulations where relevant.
