- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The Pharmacist placed under this Purchase Order must hold a valid, active professional license issued by the Department of Health (DoH) of Abu Dhabi or the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), as applicable, and must be registered in the UAE professional registry. The vendor shall provide copies of all licenses prior to commencement.
- All services rendered by the Pharmacist shall comply with the UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2016 on the Regulation of Health Professions, the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) operational guidelines, and the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authority (NPRA) standards for dispensing and patient safety.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 60% payable in equal monthly installments upon satisfactory service delivery, and 10% upon successful completion of the 12-month contract period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The vendor warrants that the Pharmacist shall have a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in community or hospital pharmacy practice and shall possess a recognized Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree from an institution accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall be liable only for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- The vendor shall indemnify the buyer against any claims, fines, or penalties imposed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health or any UAE regulatory body arising from the Pharmacist's non-compliance with professional or legal obligations.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the Pharmacist services described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Pharmacist professional services in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.
