The Photographer warrants that all delivered images are original works free from third-party intellectual property claims.
3. Delivery Schedule: All photographic deliverables shall be provided within the timelines specified in each line item. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles the Buyer to a 5% reduction per week of delay, up to a maximum of 25% of the affected line item value.
4. Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Photographer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) issued in compliance with the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) regulations.
