Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Photographer's nominated bank account in Australia Melbourne. A 50% deposit (AUD 11,055.00) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance (AUD 11,055.00) shall be invoiced upon satisfactory delivery and acceptance of all photographic deliverables. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
6. Terms and Conditions- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall be deemed accepted by the Photographer upon written confirmation (email or signed copy) within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute rejection of this Purchase Order.
- Deliverables: The Photographer warrants that all images delivered shall be original, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and of professional quality suitable for the intended commercial use in Australia Melbourne and internationally.
- Revisions: The Photographer shall provide up to two (2) rounds of minor retouching revisions per line item at no additional cost. Additional revisions shall be quoted separately.
- Insurance: The Photographer shall maintain public liability insurance of no less than AUD 10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of on-site work in Australia Melbourne.
- Compliance: All work shall comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and all applicable Victorian state regulations governing commercial photography in Australia Melbourne.
