The Photographer shall deliver all services in accordance with the specifications outlined below, adhering to the professional standards expected in the Ethiopian creative industry.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Photographer (Ms. Selamawit Bekele) and signature by the authorized representative of Horizon Media & Communications PLC. Both parties acknowledge that all services will be rendered in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Timeline: The Photographer shall complete all photography sessions between 20 June 2025 and 10 July 2025. Final edited deliverables must be submitted no later than 25 July 2025. Any delay beyond this period, not caused by force majeure, shall incur a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Photographer. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified by the Photographer in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. A 50% advance payment is due upon signing of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all photographic materials.
- Deliverables: The Photographer shall deliver all images in high-resolution TIFF format (minimum 300 DPI) and web-optimized JPEG format. A minimum of 150 final edited images is expected across all line items. All files shall be delivered via secure cloud transfer and on a physical external hard drive.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final photographic works shall transfer to Horizon Media & Communications PLC. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection (up to 10 images) in a professional portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Equipment: The Photographer shall provide all professional-grade camera equipment, lenses, lighting rigs, drones (with valid Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority permits), and post-production software. All equipment must be insured for use in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Compliance: The Photographer shall comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws, including but not limited to the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority tax regulations, the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority drone operation permits, and all local business licensing requirements in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal operations of Horizon Media & Communications PLC observed during the execution of this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Photographer shall be compensated for all services rendered and materials procured up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ethiopia Addis Ababa in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation.
