This Purchase Order is issued by Sakura Media Productions Ltd. to engage the services of Ms. Yuki Nakamura, a professional Photographer, for a comprehensive visual documentation project to be conducted in Japan Kyoto. Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Photographer. The Photographer shall confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this Purchase Order.
Service Standards: The Photographer shall perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards for commercial and editorial photography in Japan Kyoto. All deliverables must meet the resolution, color accuracy, and file format specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final images and associated rights shall transfer to Sakura Media Productions Ltd. The Photographer retains the right to display a maximum of ten (10) images in a personal portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% (JPY 518,000) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (JPY 777,000) shall be paid within thirty (30) days of final delivery of all post-processed images. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Photographer.
Deliverables and Timeline: The Photographer shall deliver a selection of 50 proof images per session within seven (7) business days of each shoot date. Final edited images for all sessions must be delivered no later than August 8, 2025.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after the Photographer has commenced preparation, the Buyer shall be liable for 50% of the total Purchase Order value. Weather-related rescheduling within Japan Kyoto shall be accommodated at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Insurance and Liability: The Photographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of JPY 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement. The Photographer is responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment while on location in Japan Kyoto.
Compliance: The Photographer shall comply with all local regulations, permit requirements, and cultural sensitivities applicable to photography in Japan Kyoto, including but not limited to shrine photography restrictions and private property consent.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Kyoto under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
