This Purchase Order is issued by Altai Media Group LLP to formally engage the services of a professional Photographer for a comprehensive corporate and editorial photography project to be conducted in Kazakhstan Almaty. The Photographer shall deliver high-resolution commercial-grade imagery in accordance with the specifications outlined below. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed within the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Photographer. The Photographer must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of the issue date. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Performance Period: All photography services shall be completed between 20 June 2025 and 10 July 2025. The Photographer shall coordinate specific shooting dates with the Buyer's project manager no later than 10 June 2025.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Photographer. Payment shall be transferred via bank wire to the account specified by the Photographer. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment if deliverables do not meet the quality standards defined in this Purchase Order.
- Deliverables: The Photographer shall deliver all final images in TIFF (300 DPI) and JPEG (sRGB) formats via a secure cloud link. Raw files (CR3/NEF) shall be retained by the Photographer for a period of 12 months and made available to the Buyer upon written request.
- Revisions: The Photographer shall provide one (1) round of minor retouching revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds shall be billed at 50,000 KZT per hour.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the images produced under this Purchase Order shall transfer to Altai Media Group LLP as specified in the licensing line item. The Photographer retains the right to display a maximum of five (5) images in a personal portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after services have commenced, the Photographer shall be compensated for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Almaty City, Kazakhstan.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Confidentiality: The Photographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal operations of Altai Media Group LLP encountered during the performance of services under this Purchase Order.
