- Scope of Work: The Photographer shall perform all photographic services exclusively within the boundaries of Morocco Casablanca unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the city limits will be subject to a separate cost quotation approved by the Buyer.
- Deliverables: The Photographer shall deliver all final images in TIFF (300 DPI) and JPEG (72 DPI) formats via secure cloud transfer. Raw files (CR2/NEF) shall be retained by the Photographer for a period of 12 months and may be requested by the Buyer at no additional charge.
- Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment (MAD 37,440.00) is due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (MAD 56,160.00) shall be paid within 30 days of final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited images shall become the exclusive property of Atlas Horizon Media Group SARL. The Photographer retains the right to display up to 10 images in a professional portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Either party may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee on the scheduled day's rate. Force majeure events (including but not limited to severe weather in Morocco Casablanca) shall be exempt from penalty.
- Insurance and Liability: The Photographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MAD 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement. The Photographer is responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment and client data.
- Compliance: All services shall be performed in compliance with Moroccan labor laws, data protection regulations (Law 09-08), and any local permits required for photography in public spaces within Morocco Casablanca.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Casablanca, Morocco.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and service specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Photographer in Morocco Casablanca. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both parties.
